Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team via email. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply email our support team to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging, whether opened or unopened.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In the case of a damaged or defective product, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
